What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made using 100% Eco Soy Wax. We chose to use soy wax for a cleaner burn, no toxins/pollutants and it also burns 30-50% longer than paraffin wax
Why do candles frost?
Frosting occurs when a white crystalline layer is formed on the surface of the candle. This occurs when colouring natural waxes such as soy, due to the wax trying to return to its natural form. Frosting does not affect how the candle burns and can be removed by gently wiping the area with a cloth.
Shipping and packaging:
All our orders will be dispatched within 5-7 days of the order placed. If any delays with your orders an email will be sent out to inform you of this.
We have tried to keep all items recyclable by using biodegradable items like cardboard boxes and paper. All the packaging may not be 100% recyclable but we are currently working to improve this.
