Refund Policy

All our candles are individually made and hand poured. If you feel that something is wrong with your candle please do contact us. 


Damages:

We ensure all candles are packaged using padding to try and prevent damage in transit. Please do inspect your order once received and contact us if your item is damaged in any way so we can sort it.


Returns

If you are unhappy with your products please do not hesitate to contact us via the page contact form or email.

Items being returned must be in original packaging and untouched. Unless the item is faulty the buyer will be responsible for return postage.
